DOES MY FESTIVAL PASS INCLUDE CAMPING
Your festival pass will automatically include walk-in camping, unless you purchase another type of camping, such as Car Camping, RV/Trailer Camping, or any of the Boutique Camping options.
ALL of those planning on walk-in camping will need to pre-purchase a General Parking Pass or Carpool Voucher (if traveling with 3+ people). Keep in mind that RV/Trailer and Boutique RV/Trailer Camping does not include an extra General Parking Pass. If you have purchased RV/Trailer camping (which covers an RV or Vehicle + Trailer) and you have an extra vehicle, please be sure to purchase a General Parking pass for the extra vehicle. More information is available on our tickets page!
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE AN RV PASS IF I AM STAYING IN MY FRIEND’S RV?
Only the owner/driver of the RV will need to purchase the RV camping pass. Guests of the RV camping pass holder will only need a festival pass (i.e. OMG or General Admission).
ADA PARKING & CAMPING
We will have ADA parking available in the closest section of general parking. Please make sure your hangtag or ADA plates are visible and our staff will guide you to the dedicated parking area. If you are car camping, you will still need to purchase a Car Camping pass. All Car Camping spots are ADA accessible. To avoid any significant delay, it is highly recommended that you notify us in advance if you have a special needs situation. We retain the right of refusal as Oregon law does not recognize “therapy dogs” for special needs. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com for more information.
IF I PURCHASED A CARPOOL VOUCHER BUT DON’T END UP SHOWING UP WITH 3+ PEOPLE IN MY CAR, WHAT DO I DO?
If you purchased a Carpool Voucher on our website, but do not end up having 3+ people in your vehicle, you will just need to pay the difference between the Carpool Voucher and the General Parking Pass at the Box Office when you check in.
IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL?
What The Festival provides a full immersion experience, with everything you need located onsite. There is a $40 security access fee to re-enter the event with your vehicle. Please keep in mind, we can request a sobriety check if you wish to leave with your vehicle during the event and intoxication is suspected.
CAN MY FRIENDS AND I CAMP TOGETHER?
In order to ensure you and your friends can camp together, you will need to arrive together. All camping options (aside from the limited number of sold out Group Camping plots) are first come, first serve.
DOES EVERYONE IN THE TRAVELING VEHICLE NEED TO BUY A PARKING PASS?
No, only one parking pass is needed per vehicle. Everyone must have a weekend pass but only one camping/parking pass is needed for the group/vehicle. Please see the Tickets page for more information.
WHERE SHOULD I CAMP IF I WANT A MORE QUIET, PRIVATE EXPERIENCE?
Camping areas adjacent to our General Parking area (LINK TO MAP ON NEW SITE) are a short distance away from the action and will offer you the quietest camping experience. Both walk-in camping and car camping options are available there. Talk to our campground host onsite and he/she can point you in the right direction. These spaces are first come first serve.
I'M RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE TO THE FESTIVAL. WHAT KIND OF PARKING SHOULD I BUY?
If you are riding your motorcycle to the festival, please be sure to purchase a Carpool Voucher prior to arrival. Because of the minimal footprint of a motorcycle, we reduce your parking rate. Please do keep in mind, that you will need to drive through gravel and dirt roads to reach your parking space.
PARKING & TRAFFIC LOGISTICS
Please follow ALL the instructions of our parking & traffic management staff on your way into the event as well as during the exodus. Please remain patient as you enter the property and also as you are guided off of the property.
