What The Hoops? (Hoop Dance):
In this movement and dance workshop we will explore the four elements of Hoop Dancing: Time, Effort, Space, and Flow. We will have conceptual exercises to help you relate these words to movement with the hoop. All levels invited. Hoops will be provided, but please bring your favorite!
