Popping & Waving (Fundamentals):
Popping is the art of using body isolation and precise movements to get loose and funky. Waving is the propagation of a wave through the body by creating crests and troughs with the joints and muscles. This class will focus on fundamentals, imparting techniques that can be incorporated into your repertoire immediately. No matter your background in dance, a foundation in waving and popping will provide you with the tools to turn beats into movement and more deeply express yourself on the dance floor.
